Where do you work?
We come to you. We are mobile across London, so please tell us your postcode when you get in touch.
How do I book?
Book an appointment by Instagram DM, text message or the quote form on the contact page. Our email is checked on a daily basis and we operate 7 days a week.
When will you arrive?
Appointments are booked with a 2-hour arrival slot. If your appointment is for 12pm, we might arrive between 12pm and 2pm to allow for earlier jobs and traffic.
How long does a detail take?
A basic valet is a maintenance clean. The full valet service is a full day's work, 6 to 8 hours on your car, including the engine bay.
Do I need to do anything before you arrive?
Please remove personal items from the vehicle. Our staff are not permitted to remove, adjust or fit child seats.
Which valet should I choose?
Basic for a regular maintenance clean; Standard adds a filler polish and 3 months of wax; Premium is an interior-only deep clean; Deluxe is an exterior-only decontamination with 6 months of sealant; Full combines Deluxe and Premium plus the engine bay. Are the prices fixed?
Prices are from and apply to small vehicles. Larger cars and 4x4s may cost more due to size, and prices can vary with the work required and travel distance.
What if I need to cancel?
Changing or cancelling 24 hours in advance is free. Less than 24 hours' notice may incur a £20 rescheduling fee. Cancellations must be made in writing by email or text message.
Are your products safe for the environment?
Our products are biodegradable and eco-friendly, our interior products are organic, and we use less than a gallon of water with zero waste.
Do you offer discounts?
10% off the total price when two or more cars are detailed at the same location, and 10% off for armed forces and NHS staff. Ask your car club to contact us too.
